The Spa Cost Theory is Correct. It is 3 kinzcash per point that you are missing. So if you have 3 pets and lets say all 3 of your pets are all at 95 for food, 95 for happiness and 95 for love that is 15 points times 3 pets would be 45 points total. So the spa trip for you would be 45 times 3 kinzcash which is 135 kinzcash and that will bring ALL of your pets up to 100 kinzcash.
